TOMATOMICS is an integrated omics database for Solanum lycopersicum (tomato).

Major contents (details):

  1. TMCS: Structural annotation of tomato genes
The identifiers and annotations for genes have been analyzed in Meiji University.
  2. Sequence information
With the sequence information on ESTs and full-length cDNAs of Micro-Tom,
other publicly available sequence data (e.g. ESTs and ITAG2.4 gene models) have been integrated in TOMATOMICS.
  3. Manually expert-curated annotations for gene functions
  4. Gene expression and co-expression calculated using ITAG gene models.
  5. A genome browser for the tomato genome
Information on the genome structural annotation, SNP/InDel between Heinz 1706 and Micro-Tom, mapped RNA-seq reads are available.
